I have been exercising for a while and have tried various regimes from health magazines and websites, all with limited success. Talking with my friends about my frustration that nothing was working they suggested a personal trainer; and had heard by word of mouth that InterSept fitness was very good. What can I say? It has been one of the best decisions of my life. I have made more progress with Steve’s help in the last 4 months, than the previous 2 years on my own. The plan he created was perfect for what I wanted. He took in to account my goals, nutritional needs and the limiting factors of my underlying health problems. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m giving InterSept Fitness top marks, it’s a 10/10 from me, and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their health and fitness but struggle to do it on their own.

I’ve personally been to a lot of gym/classes/personal trainers and I can say without a doubt that Steve is the best one I have found.  He is brilliant at listening and observing and therefore creates workouts exactly tailored to what you want/need. He also knows when to push me to work harder to achieve better results, and when my body needs to rest more (something I struggle with). My favourite class is the boxercise, but I think his star session has to be when he focuses on stretching. As someone with increased flexibility I can end up very sore if my muscles are not stretched properly; Steve put time and effort in to researching different stretches to really work my body and this has been a big improvement. He is a great person to go to for advice on all things fitness and nutrition related and I feel lucky to have him as my trainer… Thanks Steve!

group of teenagers and some friends recommended Steve to us. We were
very impressed with his training techniques and just as importantly by
the way he motivated the teenagers and how he made the session fun and

I started training with Steve, back in October, I was a bit dubious at first and didn’t have a lot of confidence in myself but I can honestly say it’s one the best things I’ve done. He’s really good, knows what he is doing and I think he knew my limits better than I did! He’s really easy to get on with but pushes you for the results you want. I’d have stuck with him if I weren’t going to Australia but I’d highly recommend him to all. Thank you Steve

Steve is very committed not only to my fitness but my health and researches all aspects fully which is very reassuring. Steve takes time to explain exercises and how they benefit me. With a focus on weight training and boxing, Steve provides a varied programme of exercise which is especially important to me as I get bored REALLY easily. Steve’s experience also enables him to develop sessions to work around my various aches and pains. Steve provides a friendly and professional service and is able to work flexibility between my work commitments for which I feel very lucky and fortunate that he is able to accommodate this.
